Secular Experience Highlights:
1975 to 1989
• Founded and led a large design development firm that designed and developed a wide variety of projects including: housing, retirement communities, resort, retail, office and religious. This firm, and its various divisions, providing a full range of development services including: market research, master planning, architecture, landscape architecture, interior design and merchandising, marketing, and property management.
• Served on the boards of numerous national trade organizations; recipient of 2 national design awards.

Ministry Experience Highlights:
1989 to Present
• Called into full time ministry in 1989.
• Ordained 1990.
• Served as Associate Pastor at 2 Houston area churches before transitioning to the Executive Staff of a large DFW Metroplex church in 1991(recognized by Outreach magazine as one of the fastest growing churches in America).
• Founded a part time consultancy practice in 1995.
• “Retired” from local church ministry to concentrate my full attentions on consultancy in 2004.
• Currently consulting with many of the premier ministries in our country.
