Our primary area of consultancy is focused on assisting churches and ministries with the programming, design and construction of highly cost efficient facilities.  We are firmly convinced that yesteryear’s traditional approach of hiring an architect, investing a small fortune in plans and then hoping that the construction bids come in as estimated is almost an absolute guarantee for being substantially over budget. That type of experience will cost “someone” a lot of credibility and waste a lot of time and money.  Our early project involvement consistently produces an aesthetically satisfying project that starts in budget, and stays in budget, throughout the design and construction process. Because we bring a unique background and approach to the overall development method, our projects are typically built at least 10% below the average construction cost of our client’s market area – and they look and work great.  Ascent’s unique development process is built on extensive ministry and development knowledge, design creativity and in depth value engineering. We merge a decade plus of design and development experience with an equal amount of hands on ministry experience that provides unique insights for our clients.
